Mercy is with our partner rescue in Mississippi and can catch a ride to NJ with an approved adopter or foster. Meet Mercy, a sweet, playful pittie girl with so much puppy energy, you’d never guess she’s 2 years old! She loves dogs, cats, and people—if you’re willing to be her friend, she’s already decided you’re her bestie.  Mercy arrived at the shelter severely malnourished and emaciated, but she never lost her loving, joyful spirit. Now she’s looking so much better, slowly gaining weight, and ready for a forever home where she’ll never have to go without again. This little girl has been through a lot, but her heart is still wide open. All she needs now is someone to love her right back.  Could Mercy be your new best friend?    Mercy is up to date on vaccines and tested negative for heartworm.  She will be spayed and microchipped before she arrives in NJ. Her adoption fee is $500.  Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training   prior to adoption. After all these dogs have been through, they deserve a loving, committed home.
