Description
#A5798056 Meet Nugget , a 1-year-old German Shepherd girl who is the perfect pocket-sized Shep! She’s absolutely gorgeous with her soft, light coloring and fluffy coat that makes her look twice her actual size, and while she’s barely out of puppyhood, this smart cookie is already learning the ropes of being a good girl. Curious, loyal, loving, and eager to be close to her people, Nugget has the adorable habit of parking herself right at your feet, because apparently that’s the best place to be! She has a gentle, dainty playstyle and does best with calm dogs who won’t be too rough, and she’s equally wonderful with people. Nugget has clearly had some training already - she knows sit and down and walks nicely on leash once she burns off a little energy - and she’d make a wonderful addition to all kinds of homes and families who are excited to learn, grow, and make memories together! Will that be with you? ❤️ -1 year old black and brown German Shepherd -44 pound spayed female - nice medium size, especially for her breed! -may need the standard round of shots and preventatives before she can go home with you, but the shelter can likely help with this! - came to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on 8/29/26 as a stray with companion Kobe (#A5798055) -super sweet and lovey young adult - past the awkward puppy phase and ready to fit right into your family! -has clearly had some training, and could easily learn more with the right motivation -may not like all dogs, but does wonderfully with other calm and gentle dogs like herself -loyal and loving, just wants to cuddle close to you!
