Meet Woodford ! He isa 22 lb. 4 year old Schnauzer mix.   Woodford is the sweetest little guy who absolutely loves being loved! This affectionate boy is happiest when he’s getting hugs, cuddles, and plenty of attention from his people. He’s the kind of dog who wants to be close to his family and would thrive in a home where he can get lots of love and companionship. Woodford gets along well with other dogs, men, and kids, making him a wonderful addition to a family looking for a friendly and affectionate companion. He loves going for walks and is always happy to get out and explore, although he’s still working on his leash manners and could use a little training to learn how to walk nicely. He’s also ready to learn his basic commands and would benefit from a family who enjoys working with him and helping him become his very best self. Woodford is mostly potty trained, with just an occasional accident here and there as he continues to get the hang of things. He does well in his crate and sleeps nicely through the night, which is a great start for his new family. A backyard would be a wonderful bonus for Woodford , giving him a safe place to run around, play, and burn off some of his energy. He can jump high and will need a 6 foot fence for safety. But more than anything, what this sweet boy really wants is his people. He would probably do best with a family that has plenty of time and attention to give, because Woodford truly loves being around his humans. If you’re looking for a sweet, cuddly little dog who loves walks, enjoys the company of people and other dogs, and would happily soak up all the love you have to give, Woodford just might be your perfect match. He is neutered and up to date on his vaccinations.  His adoption fee is $300.
