Meet Haya! Haya is a sweet, loving girl who once lived outdoors and has been an indoor cat for the past year. Her babies have all been adopted, but Haya is still waiting for a family of her own. She deserves her turn to be cherished. She may need a little time to feel comfortable, but once she does, she’ll meow for your attention and follow you around the room seeking affection. Haya loves being petted, though being picked up isn’t her favorite. Letting her approach you at her own pace helps build her trust. Haya enjoys playing with toys, watching the world through a window, and snuggling into hiding spots beneath blankets or behind curtains. She will eat dry food, but does better with wet food. She hasn’t always received the attention she needs, and she would thrive with a patient, loving family who respects her personal space and makes time for her. Her kittens have found their homes—now it’s Haya’s turn.
