OSCAR

Description

Oscar is a young pup who is feeling unsure of the world and can be quite fearful. He’ll do best in a stable, mature home where he can take his time building confidence and learning that new experiences are safe. A predictable routine, gentle guidance, and positive reinforcement will help him blossom. With patience and trust, Oscar has the potential to become a wonderful companion. Oscar's adoption comes with a complimentary session with a member of HSPPR's behavior team.
