Cierra is a 10-month-old, 40-pound Malinois mix who is one very sweet, smart, and lovable girl! She may be a little unsure at first, but once she gets to know you, her wonderful personality shines through. Cierra is fantastic with people and other dogs, and she has even done great with cats! This girl is very smart and eager to learn, but she does need some obedience training to help her become the best version of herself. She is incredibly receptive and picks things up quickly, so we think she would absolutely thrive with a good training program. With consistency, positive reinforcement, and a family willing to keep her mind busy, Cierra has all the potential to be an amazing companion. Cierra is also kennel trained and house broken with the use of a dog door, which gives her new family a great head start. She is a higher-energy girl who will need plenty of exercise, playtime, and mental stimulation to keep that brilliant Malinois mind happy. Cierra would love an active family who will truly make her part of their pack—a family who wants a dog to take along on adventures, continue her training, and include her in their everyday lives. In return, Cierra will give you all the love, loyalty, and companionship you could ask for. This beautiful girl is ready to find the family who will see just how special she is and give her the guidance, activity, and love she deserves. We know Cierra is going to make someone an incredible lifelong companion! ❤️ Please understand you are committing to providing a good home for her entire life (up to 15+ years or more.) You must be committed to housebreaking, age-appropriate enrichment and exercise, leash training, grooming needs, and positive socialization. Her adoption fee is $200. This includes her spay surgery, rabies vaccination, Nobivac® Canine 1-DAPP vaccination, Nobivac® Intra-Trac 3 vaccination, Drontal® Plus, IDEXX SNAP® 4Dx Plus Test, Tri-Heart® Plus chewable tablet, 24PetWatch® microchip, and leash and collar. Please be aware that puppies and small breed dogs do get adopted quickly so interested parties are encouraged to apply online at www.saspca.org.
