LUKE

Description

#A5795327 Luke is a 1-year-old, 73 lb neutered male black Labrador Retriever who is URGENT and ready to get out of the shelter! Surrendered because his owner was allergic, Luke is still a young pup but is quickly growing out of his "puppy brain" and into one smart, attentive companion.     Luke can be scared in his kennel and a little nibbly when excited to greet you, but outside he's incredibly friendly, curious, and happy. He's eager to explore, walks well on leash, and does great with large dogs in playgroup — even responding appropriately when another dog was rude. Luke would be an amazing addition to an active home ready to keep his body and brain busy.     -1 year old, neutered male, 73 lbs -Black Labrador Retriever -Smart, curious, and attentive -Friendly once outside his kennel -Good with large dogs -Walks well on leash -Active, adults-only home -URGENT and ready to go home   LUKE’S VIDEO: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/9E7bh-u8dM8 For more information, contact volunteer Lor at  lor@unitedhopeforanimals.org Photo Credit: @Rafael Diaz     ---- Look up this or other animals at Baldwin Park Animal Care Center https://animalcare.lacounty.gov/view-our-animals/    Use their unique ID NUMBER.
