Lady

Description

A COMPLETED APPLICATION IS REQUIRED BEFORE ANY CONVERSATION ABOUT ADOPTING FROM OUR ORGANIZATION.  PLEASE GO TO OUR WEBSITE AT www.colliesheltierescue.org AND READ ABOUT THE BASIC REQUIREMENTS.  GOOD PHONE INTERVIEW, SECURELY FENCED YARD, FABULOUS REFERENCE FROM YOUR VETERINARIAN AND A HOME VISIT.  I KNOW THAT SOUNDS LIKE A LOT BUT WE SCREEN CAREFULLY FOR THE SAKE OF THE DOGS.  THEY DESERVE IT! This lovely tri-color smooth Collie is named Lady.  (Obviously she needs a more creative name.)  She is 6-years-old and is just learning about all the things a well-loved dog should know.  Although she came to us already crate-trained, Lady seems to have housebroken herself as well.  She eats well and sleeps like a log.  And adores the company of other dogs, cats and kids.  All around, Lady seems to be an "easy keeper." Because she had not had any vaccines that we can trace since puppyhood, we have rebegun the series of parvo/distemper combos.  And a one-year Rabies vaccine to be in compliance with Colorado law.  Her blood work is good and she is HW negative.  Her spay and dental cleaning  are scheduled for 10/13/26 and then she will be ready for her real life.  By then, we should have been able to choose just the right family for her.  We have promised her that the rest of her life will be the best of her life. If you feel that this wonderful dog needs to be a member of your family, complete the online application with lots of detail.  Tell us what you can provide for Lady to have the most wonderful life possible.
