Description

***THIS IS A COURTESY POST ONLY*** **WAG ON INN HAS NO FIRST HAND KNOWLEDGE OF THIS ANIMAL'S REACTIONS AND CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY BEHAVIORAL OR MEDICAL ISSUES** Kane is a precious  Mini Australian Shepherd who needs a new home due to no fault of his own.  Kane is an energetic little guy who loves other dogs and could do well with another dog in the house.  He has also lived with cats and does well with children.  He enjoys his walks and is well behaved but could benefit from more walks and outside time than his current family has time for. He is crate trained and spends up to 7 hours a day in his crate.  He is an affectionate little guy and did great meeting our helper dog.  He is not a barker- and greets strangers with no issues except a little excitement, however he can easily be distracted.  He does bark at strangers walking by when he is inside.   He is good in the car and good at the groomers.  He is a lap dog for sure and in general is a very good boy.  He loves to play tug and with his squeaky toys.  He is neutered and will be brought up  to date on his vaccines.  He is available for foster or adoption and here in NJ ready to meet you!           Note: Kane is coming to us through our owner surrender program. He will remain under the care of his owner until he is officially transferred to Wag On Inn to an approved foster or adopter. Kane is neutered, micro-chipped, and will be brought up to date on all vaccines prior to adoption.  Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training   prior to adoption. After all these dogs have been through, they deserve a loving, committed home.
