Description
Wrangler is a gorgeous 9 month old Healer Curr mix with a very sad story. He originally came to us from Louisiana when he was a small pup…his litter was found in a sugar cane field. Just 2 weeks into his adoption, his new mom tragically and unexpectedly died. His new dad has done his best to take good care of Wrangler, but has come to realize that he needs much more than he can provide with living in an apartment and working long days. Wrangler is a good boy with lots of energy and wants to play. Currently he is spending 10 hour days without being confined; he is not destructive and does not bark. He loves to look out the window. He is housebroken and good in the car and on walks. He loves other dogs and would likely do well with a dog sibling. He is good with children but may be too much energy for small kids. It is unknown how he is with cats. Wrangler loves attention. He sleeps in his own bed at night. With his telescopic ears and light blue eyes, he is extraordinarily handsome! This sweet boy needs to run and play and could also benefit from some basic training. Wrangler is neutered, up to date on vaccines and ready to find a home that could better meet his needs. Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption. After all these dogs have been through they deserve a loving, committed home. CLICK HERE TO FILL OUT AN ADOPTION APPLICATION!
