Mead

Description

Hi, I’m Mead… but you can call me Mister! I’m a goofy, sweet young tabby guy, probably around 1–2 years old. I had a rough start — I was found alone in an apartment after it caught fire, and sadly, no one ever came back for me. But I’m not letting that define me! I’m a happy little guy who loves kids, dogs, window watching, snacks, and being wherever my people are. I especially love sticking my head in the refrigerator whenever it opens (you never know what might be in there!) and I’m always right beside the dogs when it’s snack time. I’m still learning that kitchen counters aren’t actually for cats, but I’m a quick learner and only need the occasional reminder. Mostly, I just want a family who will love me, spoil me, give me plenty of snacks, and let me be my goofy little self. Mister’s Favorites Kids Dogs Window watching Refrigerator inspections Snack time Being part of the family Getting spoiled! My Dream Home I’d love a family who will give me lots of love, attention and patience while I continue learning and settling in. I’m ready to leave my rough beginning behind and start the next chapter of my life with a family who will love me forever. I may have started out as Mead, but my foster family says “Mister” fits me much better. Come meet me and you’ll see why!WHERE IS THIS PET LOCATED? The Rescue Crew is a foster-based rescue, which means all of our pets are cared for in homes throughout Minnesota.  Foster Home Pets: Meet & greets are scheduled after an approved adoption application Cats at The PURRfect Match Adoption Center (Andover, MN): Some cats may be available to meet during open hoursPlease visit our website for the most accurate information on this pet and next steps. What Comes With Adoption? All of our pets are: Spayed or neutered Up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations Microchipped Dewormed On flea/tick & heartworm preventionAdditional testing: Cats: FIV/FeLV  Dogs: HeartwormPLEASE NOTE: Age and breed are our best estimates based on veterinary assessment and intake observations.
