Description
A one‑eyed, wiggly‑butt sweetheart who refuses to let anything slow him down. Jude and his siblings were rescued when they were very sick, with badly infected eyes. Jude’s left eye couldn’t be saved, and while that was heartbreaking, his surgery finally freed him from pain. The change was instant — he began playing, exploring, and bouncing around like the joyful kitten he always wanted to be. Recently, we learned Jude has a very mild case of CH (cerebellar hypoplasia) . For Jude, this simply means he has a cute little wiggle to his walk and an extra bit of personality in his movements. CH is not progressive — it does not get worse — and mild cases like Jude’s don’t require special care. Many adopters actually find CH cats extra endearing. Jude certainly does. He has no idea he’s “different.” He plays, climbs, cuddles, and enjoys life with total enthusiasm. His one eye and his wiggly butt don’t slow him down one bit. He will need a safe indoor home because of his limited vision, but beyond that, he’s just a happy, silly, affectionate boy who wants to be loved. If you’re ready to adore this one‑eyed wonder for the next 18+ years, Jude will repay you with sweetness, laughter, and endless charm , please fill out an application at straylovefoundation.org. Please remember: Unless otherwise specified, all our kittens and cats are strictly indoor pets. If you’re interested in adoption, please visit straylovefoundation.org and complete an adoption application. Every rescue in our care receives comprehensive vetting, which includes: A combo test Deworming Spay/neuter procedures Vaccinations Microchipping We take every possible step to ensure their health and happiness, giving them the best chance at a long, fulfilling life. While we do everything in our power to provide healthy rescues, it's important to note that some animals may have genetic health conditions we cannot predict (since we don’t have their family history). Additionally, medical tests—though highly reliable—can occasionally yield false negatives. Unexpected health issues may arise, either before or after adoption, but thanks to our thorough vetting process, the likelihood of a long and healthy life is very high. Additional adoption details: Transportation fees, if applicable, vary based on distance and expenses. Home checks may be conducted. Our standard tax-deductible adoption donation is $198. For special breeds, uniquely colored, or exceptionally adorable rescues, we may request a higher donation to help cover vet expenses. Can't adopt? Consider donating, sponsoring, or volunteering!
