Slater

Description

Location: Canton, NY Meet handsome Slater!  He is ready to leave all of his sisters and has had enough of the female attitudes.  He is the biggest boy in the litter at just under ten pounds.  He is a nice stocky built boy that loves to snuggle, but also finds ankles quite tasty so definitely has some of the herding instinct built in.  He is also one of the best nappers but it takes a lot of energy to carry this body around and to put up with four sisters!  He has been handled by adults and kids, has found the outdoor puppy play pen to be quite fun when its sunny outside.  He is eating puppy kibble soaked in warm water with moist puppy food and loves tiny puppy biscuits so should be easy to train.  This litter has been very attentive and catches on to new things quite quickly and he does enjoy a good game of tug with his sister and likes to make the toys squeak.  Slater has been dewormed, microchipped and has received his first round of vaccines.  His mama is a border collie/cattle dog mix and I suspect we may have some border collie in dad as well.  Slater is currently being fostered in Canton, NY.  If you have any questions about Slater email  mrulffes@gmail.com Complete an Application: https://www.acdra.org/adoption-application
