Scout aka Nemo (in foster)

Description

Scout/Nemo is an adorable 4-month-old Dachshund mix who is ready to find his forever family! He had quite the adventure before making his way into our rescue. For four days that we know of, he was running loose in the woods. Thankfully, one very determined and caring person refused to give up on him. A humane trap was carefully set up right in the woods where he had been seen, and within just a couple of hours, he was safely caught! Since coming into rescue, he has been discovering just how wonderful life can be. He absolutely loves playing with his rescuers' dogs and has a playful, happy puppy personality. And when playtime is over? he turns into the ultimate cuddle bug! He loves curling up next to you and burrowing underneath a cozy blanket. If you're looking for a little companion who wants to be right by your side, Scout/Nemo may be your perfect match! He is still just a puppy, so he does have an occasional accident, but he is learning quickly and doing really well with going potty outside.
