Meet River! At just 2 months old and 10 pounds, this sweet puppy is ready to meet his forever family!   River and his siblings didn’t have the best start in life—they were abandoned behind an apartment building. Thankfully, a wonderful Good Samaritan stepped in to keep them safe, warm, and fed before reaching out to our rescue. Despite his rough beginning, River is incredibly affectionate, playful and 100% angel.    River has the cute white socks and tip on his tail. And his left ear that props up is adorable! His foster mom thinks he’s very smart and already knows how to “sit” on command.    River is ready to fill your home with laughter and endless loyalty and love.
