KEHLANI

Description

With a Hawaiian name often associated with the sea and sky, it seems fitting that sweet Kehlani is ready for a whole world of adventures. After her recent day trip, it looks like the sky really is the limit for this girl!At just 6 months old, Kehlani was an absolute star on her outing. She hopped right into the car and spent most of the ride calmly relaxing in the backseat like she'd been going on adventures her whole life. Her trip included a stop at the pet supply store, where she was very well behaved. Kehlani naturally gets a lot of attention wherever she goes, and she soaks it up. She was happy to meet everyone who wanted to say hello, seemingly delighted to make new friends.Of course, every good adventure deserves a special treat! On the way back, Kehlani got a pup cup, which she thoroughly enjoyed. Even with such an exciting treat in front of her, she took it very gently.Kehlani is still a young pup with lots of growing and learning ahead of her, but she gave us a wonderful glimpse of the dog she can become—friendly, affectionate, adventurous, and ready to be part of someone's life. For Kehlani, the sea may be wide and the sky may be endless, but we think her best adventure will be the day she heads home with a family of her own. Please come and meet this sweet girl by making an appointment at yoloshelter.org/dogs, or email adopt@yoloshelter.org.
