Odette

Description

Meet Odette, a gorgeous English Spot girl who is ready to leave her difficult past behind and begin a beautiful new chapter. Odette’s story began when she was abandoned outside. One of our local exotic veterinary offices contacted OHRR in a panic after a client rescued a bunny who had been found lying on top of their air conditioner during an extreme heat wave. That bunny was Odette, and she desperately needed help. Thankfully, she made it to safety and found her way to the Center. When Odette arrived, we discovered she was already pregnant and just days away from giving birth. Sadly, she had been through so much before reaching us that her babies were not healthy enough to survive. While we wish her story had unfolded differently, we are grateful that Odette herself made it to safety and now has the opportunity to start over. Through it all, Odette has shown us just how sweet she is. This beautiful girl deserves to know what it feels like to be safe, cherished, and cared for without having to worry about where she will end up next. Her days of struggling to survive outside are behind her, and now she can look forward to a future filled with love. Odette is ready for a fresh start with a family who will appreciate what a special girl she is. She has already been through more than any bunny should have to, and we hope her next chapter is everything she deserves: a loving home, a full box of hay, cozy places to relax, and people who will treasure her for the rest of her life.
