Madam Bergerone (FeLV+)

Description

Madame Bergerone is a sweet, medium-haired, five-month-old little girl who loves to play and snuggle, and who is looking for her forever home! This gal is playful. She will carry her favorite fuzzy toy around the room or enjoy wrestling with her siblings. She will also come up on the bed to lay at your feet, and has been known to snuggle in your lap or cuddle at bedtime. She has six other siblings who are also known for their antics, named after characters in the comedy called “Top Secret.” All of these kittens have big energy. They run, jump, and wrestle for hours everyday. They are super-happy when their foster parents play with them using interactive toys like wands and springs. After a full round of cardio, these sweethearts settle into laps for naps and love snuggling with their humans. The kittens have tested positive for a disease called feline leukemia virus. They have the progressive form, meaning they have a high viral load and are more susceptible to infection or illness. Because she is FeLV+, Lucy can only live with other FeLV+ kitties.FeLV is not contagious to humans or dogs, but it can be transferred to other cats. Annual vet visits, regular immunizations, and your love will help Madame B. and her siblings maintain a normal, healthy, and happy life. You can read more about FeLV here: https://tinyurl.com/ycxhwcmu.Madame Bergerone lives in the large bedroom of my home with the remaining Top Secret kittens. It’s just been myself and my husband at home. She will do best with people who work from home or are around a lot, and who enjoy kitten hijinks. She will need to go home with one of her “Top Secret” siblings, or to a home with another FELV+ feline friend. Ready for lots of active fun this fall? Madame Bergerone and her siblings are too! There is no guarantee of age and breed as a rescue animal's history is unknown.
