Meet Meringue! She is looking to find an adoptive home with her brother Miles. Her foster reports: `This beyond-cute girl with her calico head is a playful, energetic explorer. She's bonded tight to her brother Miles and they do everything together, whether it's running around at top speed, playing with toys and each other, eating, or sleeping intertwined. Meringue is slightly more reserved than her brother, but does enjoy chin scritches and belly rubs, and she has a good strong purr. M&M have never been apart more than a minute in their lives, and would love to find a home together.`Meringue and Miles are a bonded pair. To help keep them together, their adoption fee is 2 for 1.Meringue is available for pre-adoption. Come meet her, fall in love and take her home after her spay surgery. Please note: Our Santa Cruz location’s Shelter hours are 11-6pm, 7 days a week! Although clients can walk through and see any animals in their kennels during open hours, we end “meet and greets” (aka meeting an animal out of the kennel) at 4:30pm every day. If you’d like to meet an animal out of the kennel, please arrive before 4:00pm to allow for time to discuss individual animals and meet them.
