Sadly, her owner passed away, and Fiona found herself needing a new family through no fault of her own. After losing the person she knew and loved, it’s understandable that she can be a little shy while getting to know new people.Once she feels comfortable, though, Fiona is a very sweet girl who enjoys attention—in moderation, on her terms! She’ll happily accept affection when she’s in the mood, but when she’s had enough, she has no trouble letting you know. And honestly, we love a girl who knows her boundaries! Fiona would be happiest in a quiet, peaceful home, ideally with adults or older children who understand that trust takes time and that cats sometimes need their own space. She’s looking for someone who will appreciate her independent spirit, respect her signals, and enjoy the special bond that grows when she learns she can finally feel safe again.With her gorgeous flowing coat, classic tuxedo markings, and sweet but discerning personality, Fiona is a truly special girl.
