Pet info, adoption cost/detail information below: PET DESCRIPTION:  Ami is a beautiful female Great Pyrenees, six years old, about 65 lbs.  We were told that Ami had spent her life guarding 48 goats.  Sadly her owner died and the goats were sold but they did not want Ami.  Ami spent time with family who could not keep her and came to us.  She is basically PERFECT as she is also housetrained, good with dogs, cats, children, goats, donkeys & chickens.  One hiccup though - she has tested positive for heartworms so that has to be dealt with.  Contact us if interested in her so we can discuss how this can work.  She is a very mellow gal - not upset being in our kennels for which we are grateful as many flock guards do NOT like being confined.   DOG ADOPTION FEE is $100. This Adoption fee includes: mandatory spay/neuter which will be done before you can take your dog or puppy home with you; basic canine immunizations (DHPP-CPV & Bordatella Intranasal); de-wormings; one-year rabies vaccination if old enough; heartworm test if over five months old; microchip from 24-Pet Watch (and we register the chip at time of the adoption); certificate for free health examination at your participating veterinarian; and a goodie bag chocked full of information, toys, and more.  (If a dog is sponsored or has a waived or lower fee, that info will be provided at the point of adoption to the approved adopter).
