Description
Lucas was found at just two weeks old, curled up in the parking lot of an EMS base, his eyes barely open , with three siblings. The kittens quickly won over the whole crew, and each was named after a life-saving tool used in cardiac care. Lucas is named for the LUCAS device, and the name fits him perfectly. Like the device, which works tirelessly to deliver steady, dependable care exactly when it's needed, Lucas has a gift for knowing what you need, whether that's a burst of playful energy to make you laugh or a calm, steady presence after a long day. He's a striking little guy, with a soft silver-gray coat, tiger stripes brushed across his face and shoulders, and leopard-like spots scattered over his belly. He's a tiny liger, and not a kitten you easily forget. He's full of curiosity and mischief, but underneath the bounce is one of the sweetest souls you'll ever meet. He's just as happy chasing toys across the room as he is curling up beside you. And he does love a cozy spot. Lucas will tuck himself into a hoodie pocket like a little hammock, burrow under blankets, or snuggle right into your arms and make himself at home. He's also a very determined tech helper, usually swiping through your YouTube Shorts or TikToks in the wrong direction, and he has a sneaky knack for trying to charm you out of your pizza. In his foster home, Lucas has become everyone's little shadow: adored by energetic five-year-olds, content hanging out with teenagers, and never one to turn down a cuddle from the adults. His easygoing nature extends to other animals too. He adores dogs and will happily play with a lab puppy before curling up for a nap. Big or small, furry or human, Lucas has a way of making everyone feel like his favorite. Lucas is available for immediate adoption. He is neutered, UTD on vaccinations, tested for FeLV/FIV, treated for internal and external parasites and micro chipped. His adoption fee is $160.
