Meet Baby Toadstool!Meet this sweet little soul!This young cat may be a bit shy at first and needs some time, patience, and a quiet environment to adjust to all the changes around them. They’re still learning that life can be safe, comfortable, and full of love. Once they’re given the time to settle in and come out of their shell, there’s sure to be a wonderful personality waiting to shine through. And just look at that gorgeous, silky-soft coat—it’s practically begging for gentle pets!This special kitty would love a patient person who understands that the best friendships take time to grow. With love, patience, and a little encouragement, they could become a wonderful companion. Adoptable cats/kittens are spayed/neutered, started on core vaccines per shelter protocols, microchipped, FIV/FeLV tested, and started on monthly preventatives. Adoptions hours (no appointment needed) are M/T/W/F 10 am - 12:30 pm and 2 pm -4 pm; TH 10 am -12:30 pm and 2 pm -6:30 pm, and SAT 9 am -1 pm. To schedule an appointment outside of those hours, and/or to learn more information regarding a particular animal, please call the Feline Department at 410-848-4810 ext 816. If no one answers, please leave a detailed message with your name and phone number, and the call will be returned by end of business Monday - Friday.Adopters can prepare for their visit by being 18 years of age or older, having permission from their landlord to bring a new pet into their household, having some form of ID that shows their current address, and by bringing a suitable carrier to take their new companion home in. The adoption fee can be paid using cash, debit or credit and is based on age: Cats 1 year and younger are $75; cats 2 years to 7 years are $50; and 8 years and older are $25.
