Description
Kaylie is about 1 year old, 25 pounds, and has her priorities pretty well figured out: friends, fun and FOOD. This sweet girl was abandoned on a very dangerous road in Puerto Rico, where she was not only at risk from traffic but also from other dogs in the area. Thankfully, she was rescued before anything happened to her and those days are now behind her. Kaylie certainly isn’t looking back! She is a happy, affectionate little girl who LOVES other dogs. Playing with her doggy friends is one of her favorite things to do and she gets along wonderfully with them. She’d probably be pretty thrilled to have a canine brother or sister in her new home. There is, however, one thing Kaylie may love even more than playing... DINNER. Mealtime is hands down her favorite part of the day. Kaylie is not the type of girl who’s going to turn her nose up at dinner and make you wonder if she’s feeling okay. If the food bowl comes out, Kaylie is READY. At only about a year old, she’s still young, playful and full of fun, but she’s also very loving and enjoys being around her people. Kaylie’s life may have started with someone leaving her behind, but we’re pretty sure her next chapter is going to be a whole lot better. She just needs a family, maybe a doggy friend to play with...and someone who understands the importance of being on time with dinner. She will be here in NY at the end of October and we would love to have a family waiting for her! Please note: All dogs are rescues so we often do not know their actual breeds but use an educated guess to tell you what they most look like. Our adoption fee is $400 and unless otherwise stated all dogs and puppies have been spayed/neutered, microchipped, 4DX tested (if age appropriate), put on heartworm/flea/tick prevention, age appropriately vaccinated, dewormed, vet checked and flown from Puerto Rico.
