Say hello to Fiona!! She’s a tiny Pomeranian with a fox  face and a heart full of love.Fiona is this approximately 1 year old and 9 pounds, she's vetted, spayed a sweetheart is happiest curled up in your lap or snoozing beside you on the couch!Fiona is so affectionate, and still discovering how lovely life in a safe home can be. She can be shy at first, but once she feels comfortable, she wants to be close to her people. Her playful puppy side is beginning to peek through, and her foster loves her  sweet nature, respectful manners, and impossibly cute face.  She’s fostered with a senior dog and does well peacefully sharing the home, respecting her companion’s space and looking to her for reassurance. A calm canine buddy could help her build confidence! She hasn’t yet been around cats while in our care. Fiona sleeps comfortably in her crate at night, uses pee pads, and is working on house training and leash walking. Outdoor noises and unfamiliar surroundings can feel overwhelming right now, but with baby steps she is making progress! She will need patient people who let her explore at her own pace and celebrate her little wins. Fiona came into our care after being surrendered to our veterinary partners. She previously fractured her right front leg and received splint and bandage care.
