Description
Meet Ancho and Serrano - two sweet sisters with the tiniest bit of spice! Ancho (black with more white) is an opinionated little lady who loves to play, explore, and let everyone know who is really in charge. A former “hissy kitten”, she has reconsidered her situation and decided that being inside isn’t so bad after all as long as she gets plenty of playtime, food, and churu treats. People can still be a little overwhelming at times, so she appreciates slow introductions as she gets comfortable in new spaces. Serrano (mostly black) thinks her name was accidentally switched with her sister, as she is the more mild counterpart to this chili pair. Serrano loves nothing more than pets under the chin and behind the ears. She purrs like there is no tomorrow and loves watching Ancho fly through the air with a toy from the safety of her bed. Serrano takes a bit longer to feel courageous than her sister, but once she gets there she is more than happy to come out and join in the festivities. She also loves getting her steps in using the cat wheel - ok health conscious queen! Ancho and Serrano are working hard to officially retire their previous titles of “hissy kittens” and have made so much progress already. They are currently working through their feelings in foster with lots of churus as compensation. Ancho and Serrano enjoy the company of other cats. They would do best in a home without dogs or children and with adults who understand cat body language.
