MEET ROXIE! This sweet Border Collie/Shepherd mix is looking for her perfect forever home! Roxie starts off a little shy around new people but give her time and she'll settle right in and show you her true self. About 2 years old and is spayed. Knows her basic commands. Would do best as the only pet in the house. On a daily anxiety medication that helps her feel calm and secure. Not recommended for homes with small children. May chase cats, though she's never hurt one. Can be a little food-protective around other dogs. Not a fan of kennels — she prefers her space!   Roxie just needs a patient, understanding family who can give her a quiet home to truly flourish in. If you've got the love and patience to help her feel safe, she'll reward you with loyalty and affection for years to come.
