Duncan

Description

✨ FOSTER OR ADOPTER NEEDED ASAP! ✨ Meet Duncan! This handsome boy was found as a stray wandering through a busy neighborhood and was thankfully taken in by one of our wonderful fosters. Unfortunately, Duncan’s current foster home has senior small dogs, and they aren’t exactly thrilled about having a young, playful roommate around. Duncan isn’t doing anything wrong—he’s simply a young boy who would be much happier in a home with dogs who actually want to play with him! Because of this, we would love to get Duncan into a more appropriate foster home ASAP—or even better, find his forever family! ❤️ Duncan is an adorable Lab/Terrier mix, around 1 year old and 40ish lbs. He is doing great in the house, loves other dogs, and loves ALL people! He’s playful and fun without being overly hyper. Give this boy some canine friends, kids to hang out with, and a yard to explore, and we think he would be one happy pup! Duncan would especially thrive with: Other playful dogs Kids and an active family A yard where he can run and explore People who will include him in everyday family life Plenty of playtime followed by lots of love He’s already showing us what a wonderful family dog he can be. He just needs a home where his youthful personality fits in with the rest of the crew! Duncan is UTD, neutered, and heartworm negative (tested below detectable levels). He is ready to go! ❤️ WE NEED A FOSTER OR ADOPTER FOR DUNCAN ASAP! If you aren’t able to bring him home yourself, please SHARE! The right person may be sitting on your friends list right now. Our adoptions are NOT first come, first served, and there is NO fee to apply! We work to find the home that is the best match for each individual animal. We never state that any animal is fully house-trained. New environments, situations, families, and routines can lead to accidents—even with the most well-trained animals. ADOPTION FEE: $195 The adoption fee includes a vet check, age-appropriate vaccinations (at least 2 sets for puppies), dewormer, heartworm testing if over 6 months old, rabies vaccination if at least 16 weeks old, and spay/neuter. ❤️ Wags & Whiskers Animal Rescue is an ALL-VOLUNTEER rescue. Please allow our volunteers time to respond to inquiries and applications. Thank you for your patience and support!
