Because she is only 9 weeks old, she is not yet old enough to be spayed. She is therefore being placed in foster with the intention of adopting, with her future spay to be completed when she is old enough.If you are looking for a tiny companion with a big personality, a friendly heart, and a little vintage sparkle, Dottie may be the kitten for you.
