Sweet little Higglebee is a beautiful calico girl with a gentle, thoughtful personality and a heart that opens at her own pace. A little more reserved than some of her siblings, Higglebee likes to take her time getting to know you. But once she decides you're one of her people, her affectionate side begins to shine. She isn't the kitten who necessarily rushes into the middle of everything—she's the one who quietly watches, takes it all in, and then comes over when she's ready to share some love. Higglebee has been fostered with her siblings and around a cat-friendly dog, so she's learning that the world can be a safe and happy place. She enjoys feline companionship and is becoming more confident every day. Her calico coloring makes her as pretty as she is special, but it's her sweet, quietly affectionate nature that will really steal your heart. Higglebee would do wonderfully with a patient adopter who understands that the best relationships sometimes take a little time to bloom. Give this lovely girl a little patience, a little trust, and a lot of love—and Higglebee will show you just how precious she can be. This cat was rescued from a high-kill shelter in Texas and is now safe with 4 Paws 4 Life Rescue. Our cats are cared for in loving foster homes or local adoption centers and are not housed at our Sedalia facility.
