Adorable Remi- Ready for Forever! Remi spent the last few weeks with his foster getting spoiled and now he hopes that treatment continues into his forever (we hope so too), when he finds his new family! Remi is available when we open for adoption tomorrow (9/30/26) at 12pm! This is what his foster shared about him: “He was super fearful and needed some love. Once we got him home and out of the shelter setting (which is stressful for most) Remi immediately found his comfy bed inside his play pen and laid down- he was as happy as can be! He loves to go outside to go potty and play in the bushes! And he listens EXTREMELY well for his age. He is a little cautious around new humans, but once you move gently toward him and to his level, he is all about hugs and kisses!! Remi will melt in your arms when you hold him. He is not a fan of the leash, just yet, but does great walking along side of you. He gets along great with other dogs AND cats- zoomies with the cats is his favorite morning routine! This boy does great with both lively and calm settings int home and will make his new potential family so happy!”If you have puppy patience and forever to give him with all the love he can stand, come and meet him when we open for adoption tomorrow! We always recommend meet and greets with other dogs and children before adoption to ensure a great fit for all! We are a first come, first served and in person adoption center and are located at 430 Bristol Drive, Statesville, NC and are open Monday-Friday 12-5pm and Saturdays 11am-2pm. Make sure forever is a promise you can keep BEFORE you adopt! And remember the 3-3-3 Rule when adopting a shelter pet! 3 days for your new pet to decompress3 weeks for your new family member to settle in3 months for them to build trustRemi’s adoption fee is $40All of our adoptable dogs/puppies are spayed/neutered, microchipped and UTD on all age-appropriate vaccines/preventatives. Adopters will need to establish vet care upon adopting to maintain their new family member’s health and wellness.
