PEE WEE

Description

Pee Wee is an adorable little guy who is around 8 years old and is a 17 pound black Shih Tzu mix that is full of spunk and a thirst for living life to the fullest.  This sweet boy loves to be with his people and loves other dogs as well. A great combination for a Dog About Town kind of rescue boy. He has a happy smile for everyone he meets and he trots along on a leash like he knows that he is going on a big adventure with his human friend.  If you want to have a 100% housebroken dog, we can safely say he is working on it but not all the way there. He came from a situation where his owner lost her husband and then was losing her house and had to move in with her son's family.  She could not take Pee Wee.  She was devastated to give him up. To add to his misfortune, he was so terribly matted that he had to be totally shaved down to the bare skin and has been growing out ever since and is just now a boy we could photograph and show the world.  He is still not his fully handsome, furry self yet.  Pee Wee is crate trained, but really doesn't like a crate. We don't think he would do any harm or mischief if left loose while you were gone.  His leash walks are the most fun part of his day and he loves to look around at the world as he walks along. Another favorite pastime is to sit on your lap and watch TV with you!
