Coming to us as a stray, but with a known owner after being adopted from us originally, Bellingham is looking for a true fresh start. Unable to locate his owner after repeated attempts, this adorable 1 year 8 month old is ready to put that all behind him and to know that his next family will make sure he never has to return to our shelter again.This adorable guy met a similar sized spayed female when he was with us just a couple months ago and did great! He walked up to her and greeted her with loose body language, a wagging tail and trying to play. Bellingham allowed his new friend to sniff all over him and tolerated all of her attempts at playing. Such a sweet boy. If you can give Bellingham the forever he deserves, please come and meet him in person! We always recommend meet and greets with other dogs and children before adoption to ensure a great fit for all! We have no information how he does with cats and have no way to test for such. We are a first come, first served and in person adoption center with no ability to hold an animal for a potential adopter. Make sure forever is a promise you can keep BEFORE you adopt! Bellingham’s adoption fee is $40 through end of day, Saturday, October 3, 2026!All of our adoptable dogs/puppies are spayed/neutered, microchipped and UTD on all age-appropriate vaccines/preventatives. Adopters will need to establish vet care upon adopting to maintain their new family member’s health and wellness. Please bring a collar and leash OR purchase a combo from us for only $15 to safely take your new family member home.
