This dog is available to meet by appointment only. Chex is an 8-year-old, 62-pound pittie mix with very expressive ears! This charming guy brings a lovely mix of curiosity, affection, and personality. Settling walker: Chex may pull strongly, especially at the start of walks, and is working on his leash manners. Curious explorer: He loves sniffing and investigating his surroundings, taking in the world at his own pace. Friendly and engaging: Chex approaches with a happy bounce and wagging tail, showing interest in connecting with his person.  Affection lover: He is sometimes sensitive to being handled, but once he's comfortable, he'll lean in for pets. He especially enjoys butt scratches! Polite with treats: Chex sits on cue and can catch treats mid-air. He usually takes treats gently, though he can get a bit enthusiastic at times. Chex would do well with appropriately matched dog companions or as a solo dog with dog friends. Please submit an adoption questionnaire to meet him.
