Meet Happy! Happy is exactly what his name suggests: a happy-go-lucky, goofy, lovable young pup with a big personality and an even bigger heart. He absolutely loves playing with the other dogs in his foster home and can get a little rambunctious when he's having fun, but he responds well to reminders about his manners. Happy does well with cats too. He'd love to make friends with them, although they don't always appreciate his enthusiastic attempts to say hello! At night, Happy settles beautifully in his kennel and sleeps soundly until morning. While he's not quite as fond of being kenneled during the day, he's continuing to make great progress. This sweet boy adores people and never turns down the chance to hand out kisses. He's a quiet passenger in the car and enjoys tagging along for adventures. At home, he'll let you know when someone is approaching the house, making him a great little watchdog. Happy is doing very well with his house training and is eager to learn. He still needs some work on leash walking, as new sights and experiences can make him a little cautious outdoors. Inside the home, however, he's confident, social, and always ready to be part of whatever his people are doing. Like any young dog, Happy has plenty of energy for playtime, but once he's had some fun, he's more than happy to curl up next to you, or even on top of you, for some quality cuddle time. He already knows how to sit and patiently wait for his meals, and when corrected, he listens very well and wants to please. Happy's favorite place is wherever his people are. He can be a little whiny when you leave the room because he loves being part of the action and would happily spend all day by your side.
