Pablo is a little shy when you first meet him, but don’t let that fool you. Give him a minute and he’ll warm right up—and then you’ll meet the playful, goofy little guy underneath. He’s sweet, smart, playful, and already making so much progress in foster care. He just needs someone willing to give him a little time to come out of his shell—and then prepare yourself for a lifetime of puppy antics, cuddles, toys, and those ridiculous ears.
