Betty came to rescue as a surrender after delivering three healthy puppies on 09/25/2026, so two days before arriving.  Betty is a super sweet girl who is shy upon meeting her.  She loves other dogs and is a really good mama.  She needs to gain some weight.  She is way underweight from having the babies.  She weighs about 39 pounds but needs to be about 50.  She is heartworm positive but will start her heartworm treatement as soon as her babies are weaned.  She is a young dog who loves a treat, a kind word and lots of love.  Please keep an eye out for her and when her baby duties are done, she will be ready for her forever home.  Pawfect Match will treat her heartworms even after the adoption.
