NOT YET TAKING APPLICATIONS – NOT YET AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION NEW INTAKE 9/27/2026:  Zeppelin - male - 3 years old - 27.2 pounds - Cocker Spaniel Reason for intake:  Zeppelin came to us as an owner-surrender.  The owner took him in to help a friend who could not have the dog where he lived.  The original owner didn't want him back and the current owner wasn't home enough to take care of him.  He posted him on-line and we were tagged and sent the post so we reached out... and well, here he is!  He's heading to our vet the week of 9/28/2026 for neutering and everything else he needs and at the end of that week, he'll visit our groomer.  He'll get the works and then we'll place him for adoption.  What a sweetheart! NOT TAKING APPLICATIONS:  Many dogs, particularly breeder, hoarder or senior dogs, can have multiple medical issues that need addressed.  Additionally, sometimes we take in young puppies requiring multiple vaccinations and/or quarantining.   In this particular case, we are not yet taking applications either due to age or possible illness or some other reason.  We will post when s(he) is ready for adoption.  In the interest of fairness, EARLY application submissions will NOT be considered.  Please note…  we cannot respond to messages/emails, etc., on dogs that are NOT yet available for adoption.  Please wait until the dog is available for adoption.  We will post him or her on Facebook in our Adoptable Dog Album pinned to the top of our page which you can follow at this link:  https://www.facebook.com/share/1B46skRWF5/ OR you can keep checking our website at www.roadtorescuela.org.  We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
