Ellott is available for adoption. He is 10 years old and weights 7 lbs. His adoption fee is $350.00. Please meet Elliot aka Ellie!  He was pulled from the Harrisburg PA Humane Society and is being fostered with Joyce Anderson in Saratoga Springs NY.  The only things SAY Rescue knew about him was that he was an unneutered male, had been discarded by his owners three times, in a desperate need of a dental and weighed in at 6.5 lbs and approximately 10 years old. He looked like he had never been groomed.    What we know now is he has Tracheobronchitis, root abscesses, anemia, a heart murmur, disc disease L4 & L5, inguinal hernia, renal disease and lets not leave out Lyme disease!   WHEW!!!!  Clearly he had little or no veterinary care during his lifetime.   Don't you worry about him.  Thanks to SAY Rescue he is on the way to the best years of his life and we are working hard to restore his health.   He will never be neglected again!  In spite of the rough life he has had, Ellie is a ray of sunshine, joy and resiliency.   He has settled into his foster home as if he has always been here.  Loves his foster sister Logan, always enthusiastic for walks, love his foster mini horse, adores his bed piled high with soft blankets, smart as a whip and sooooo affectionate (so much so sometimes I have to hide from him so I can get some work done) Elliott is staying with Joyce in Saratoga Springs, NY.
