Meow I’m Smokey! And I’d like to clear something up right away: I was not invited inside - I simply decided I belonged there. I showed up at someone’s house and quickly discovered a dog door and the joys of indoor living. I even helped myself to their bed! The very large dog however, was not particularly fond of my decision to move in, but did that scare me? Nope! I had places to go, naps to take, and love to give! I’m a very affectionate guy who loves being held, petted, and generally adored. I have a fantastic purr motor, a gentle personality, and really just want to be someone’s lovable companion. I should mention that I prefer to be the only feline in the household. I can be a bit jealous of other cats, but people? People are my specialty! I’m good with kids and would be a wonderful companion for a senior. I could also do well with a dog, that is used to cats, with a proper introduction. I’ve already proven that I have excellent taste in houses, beds, and humans. Now I just need someone willing to make my permanent indoor arrangement official. I’ll provide the purrs, cuddles, and plenty of entertainment - you provide the bed I’ll inevitably claim as my own. Seems like a fair deal to me!
