When I first showed up here, I was painfully skinny, scared of my own shadow, and entirely unsure of what this world had to offer. But with consistent meals, a safe bed, and gentle humans, I didn’t just step out of my shell—I blasted right out of it! Now? Oh, hey, I’m Clementine: a bouncy, affectionate 50-pound Spaniel/Pointer mix who is head-over-heels in love with life! Romping with my buddy Milo in the yard is my favorite sport, and I genuinely believe humans—especially kids—are the greatest invention on the planet. (I haven’t met a cat yet, so they're still a mystery to me.)Because everything out in the world is brand-new and thrilling, I tend to pull on walks like a sled dog. Having a patient teammate to teach me polite leash manners will be key! I'm all set physically: spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated, heartworm negative, and officially done with my treatment for an old tick bite.
