Hi friends, I'm Gene! I am a 1 year old, neutered male, black and gray tabby, small-sized, domestic shorthair cat. I'm a sweet and friendly guy who can start out a bit reserved, but just need some time to warm up to you. I'm more into people than I am toys and enjoy cat naps in laps, being held and the occasional tummy rub. While I love all of these things, I like to do them on my own time and would thus do best in a family that understands that I still need time to warm up to my new future space and people before you'll see my natural affectionate side come out.
