I’m Sedona and I’m the little thinker of the group, an exceptionally intelligent kitten who seems to be several steps ahead of my brothers. I am observant, curious, and remarkably quick to learn, often being the first to figure out something new. I was the first to master the litter box, the first to discover the cat fountain, and the first to confidently explore new toys and experiences. Give me a new challenge and I’m likely to have it figured out before everyone else has even realized there is something to figure out! I’m also dog-friendly and very easy to handle. I may not be the kitten who immediately launches myself into your lap demanding attention, but that is not because I’m unfriendly, I am simply more discerning about when and how I give my affection. I am remarkably aware of human intentions and can often tell when someone is trying to pick me up or move me. Catching me can be the challenging part because I know exactly what you are up to! Once I’m in your arms, however, I am incredibly gentle and cooperative. I do not swat, bite, or fight you, and I allow myself to be handled, picked up, and cared for with surprising ease. And when I finally choose to spend time with you, it feels like you have won the kitten lottery. My affection is not something I give away indiscriminately, which makes those moments when I seek you out or settle comfortably in your arms feel incredibly special. I have a sweet, gentle side that shines once I trust you, and earning that trust is part of what makes me so rewarding to know. My adoption fee is $175. That includes spay/neuter, microchip, FIV/FeLV combo test, current vaccines and health check.
