CLOVER*

Description

Meet Clover, the black and white adolescent cat. Clover arrived to the Shelter as a stray so we don’t know much about her life before now. She took some time to decompress and warm up to the Shelter environment. Once she did, she gave elevator butt after getting some pets. Clover would thrive with a cat-savvy adopter who will take things nice and slow as she transitions to the adoptive home and family. A home with other animals may be a fit with a slow, thoughtful introduction. Clover may do well in an indoor-outdoor home (after a period of acclimation of at least 30 days in the new home). She could also be just as happy indoor only. Clover is available for pre-adoption. Come meet her, fall in love and take her home after her spay surgery. Clover's adoption fee is reduced by $20 thanks to the Bogey Fund - a fund that draws adopter's eyes towards often overlooked black cats in Shelters. Please note: Our Santa Cruz location’s Shelter hours are 11-6pm, 7 days a week! Although clients can walk through and see any animals in their kennels during open hours, we end “meet and greets” (aka meeting an animal out of the kennel) at 4:30pm every day. If you’d like to meet an animal out of the kennel, please arrive before 4:00pm to allow for time to discuss individual animals and meet them.
