Hi there friend! My name is Cheryl, and I'm a 3 month old grey and white girl kitty! I'm sharing a cage with my brother Reggie, and the easiest way to tell us apart is that I'm a tuxedo with more grey than white. Also, I am not so desperate for attention as my brother is--I'm more chill and relaxed. I love being pet, and you can definitely pick me up, but I'm not going to come running to bolt out of the cage. I've got *some* dignity, after all. I mean, I love him, but Reggie is just very demanding, and I think less is more. I'm calm and collected and save my purrs for someone who wants to let me come to them. So if you're looking for two complimentary cats, we do make a good pair! But we're also fine being adopted separately. I do hope my furever family finds me soon, because a furever home sounds like exactly what I'm looking for!   The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip. The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
