Rue

Description

This beautiful kitten was surrendered with Clyde. We are not sure if they are littermates or just two of the many cats this person was trying to assist and find placement for.  Rue is just a very gorgeous girl. She is a medium to long(ish) hair tabby with the softest eyes. Rue is still getting used to be cared for so is somewhat reserved at first but if you take it slow at first meet Rue warms up quickly. She loves to be pet and enjoys human attention. She may not be the first to approach you when you enter the room but once you spend time with her she may be the last to leave you. She is quiet and not demanding. Rue does like Clyde and we are going to assume by her demeanor that she will get along with other cats/kittens as well. Because of her age and need to build confidence we will require Rue to be adopted with another kitten similar in age, or for adopter to have a young similar aged kitten in their home who is looking for a new friend too.  Rue is fairly new to our shelter so as we learn more about her and are able to get more pictures, we will update her bio in the days/weeks to come. Rue will not be available until the first week of October when she is finished with all of her "new kitty" processing. (Vaccines, etc) but please feel free to get your application in so that you can be first in line to meet this awesome cat!  Complete our online adoption application a www.littleorphans.org to start the process of adding this or any of our kitties to your home. Please try to give your vets office (give prior authorization to release information to us), landlord, and references a heads up to expect our call.  Adoption fees include spay/neuter, up-to-date age-appropriate vaccines, deworming, flea preventative, and a microchip.
