Lucky

Description

Lucky is a Morkie - a cross of a maltese and a Yorkshire terrier, born 7/10/24.  He was born and raised in a commercial kennel, whose owner planned to use him as a stud dog, but he grew larger than she wanted for her breeding program and so Lucky was surrendered to rescue. He is a little shy but sweet, seems to be good with other dogs and has shown no interest in the barn cats.  He is microchipped, has been neutered, and is up to date with vaccinations and wormings.  He weighs 12 pounds 12 ounces.  Since he is kennel-raised, he has had no training of any kind, so would do best with an experienced adopter who can teach him to be a housedog/pet.
