Description

Dow’s mom Lucille i s a gorgeous calico who found herself knocked up, alone and abandoned on a dead end street in Ensley. Lucille had her four kittens under a vacant home and and managed to keep them safe, hid, and healthy for two months before bringing them to a neighbor’s  porch to ask for help.  The neighbor sought help from an Animal Allies volunteer and mom and kittens were  taken into foster care and vetted. Each of the four kittens are a different color combination. Dow is a very regal, though somewhat shy, sleek-coated black shorthair, but once he gets  to know you  he loves to be brushed and petted.  He is somewhat of a social butterfly who loves to hang out with other kitties napping or watching birds,  and is rarely seen alone. He will do best in a home with a buddy or two he can cuddle with. Prior to meeting or adopting any of our wonderful kitties, we ask that you please fill out our online Cat Adoption Application on our website aaFlorida.org.  There is a link on the top of the home page.
