Chloe: At shelter

Description

Update: Chloe is a social butterfly, who was chosen tlast month o be part of the new prison dog-training program at Buckingham Correctional Center in Dillwyn, VA.  While she was most receptive to the exercises  there, she is very excited about playing with other dogs, and that became challenging for the handlers who are working toward certification as trainers for service dogs later on. Chloe's ability to love everyone and every dog she meets is a huge plus for her. She is great at reading other dogs, and helping them if they have issues, so is a great mentor to other dogs who may lack confidence.  ***********What could be better than a young, happy girl about this size coming to live with you? Chloe's family tried their best to keep her in their home, but the onset of illness in a family member meant there was just no time to care for their own needs as well as Chloe's. We are here to help families who need a helping hand, and we want to do all we can to give Chloe the chance she needs to find another loving home. We are told she is housetrained, and had a human "sister" to love her, as well as two great parents.  Now all she needs is someone new to give her a chance.  She loves to play ball, and is receptive to training.  She is a fun size, and easy to love!
