Kids Dogs Cats Physical Description Chas is a stunning black and cream tabby. She has larger darker black stripes on her body, and has the cutest pink nose. Her eyes are orangish/ yellow that change colors with the lighting/ weather outside :) Personality Chas is a veryyy sweet girl. She was hit by a car when she was a kitten and ended up on a euthanasia list. She was pulled by Friends of YCAS and enrolled in UCD Fracture Program. She was feral and not used to people. Her pelvis was broken and so were lots of her toe bones. She had some pretty intense orthopedic surgeries and is now living her best life. It took about 48 hours to fully domesticate her- She is the sweetest and extremely vocal! She will let you know when she is hungry, or wants to play. She enjoys carrying around her mouse and playing with plastic springs. She is a love and sleeps with us every night aswell as loafs on top of us whenever she sees fit. Because of her broken legs when she was a kitten she does have a slight limp on her right hind leg. She is gaining back strength after surgery- This does not stop her from launching herself into cat trees :)She loves my dogs and has done very well with my cats. She is definitely a more submissive girl- She does get a little spooked when you approach her quickly but if you offer your hand she will roll right on over. She literally had splints on both of her hind legs and still managed to NEVER have an accident outside of the litterbox. She is AMAZING and has been an absolute joy in our house. Kittens have been given their first shots of FVRCP, adults are up-to-date on vaccinations, and all cats have been Feline Leukemia tested (negative) and micro chipped.
